About these files. This is a personal strategy side-project built entirely from public/official data; modeled figures (covered lives, take-up, residence haircuts, recapture sizing) are labeled planning estimates throughout — not actuarial, legal, clinical, or investment advice. Markdown and CSV files open as plain text in the browser; the PDF opens inline. Every figure traces to its cited public source within the report files.
